Yes, I believe that by better workout programs and person can feel like they have more energy and better prepare themselves for the days ahead.  Nice post!

Oh, I totally think that it does.  Exercising makes you feel better about yourself.  I love the quote from "Legally Blonde" about how endorphins released from exercising make you happy and happy people don't shoot their husbands (not a direct quote, but it goes with the topic).
